Business Visibility Scanner
How the scanner works
- 1
Tell us who you are
Enter your website. We read it to suggest your name and business type, and you confirm or correct it.
- 2
We check real sources
We look for profiles your site links to, search listing and review platforms, and check public records. Every finding comes with evidence.
- 3
You see what matters
Sources are sorted by how much they matter for your business. Your score only counts the priority sources we could actually check.
The 37 sources
Official listings and profiles are places you control. Mentions are places other people talk about you. Both shape how customers and search engines see your business.
Some platforms don't offer a reliable public way to check. We say so plainly and leave them out of your score instead of guessing.

Judged against your industry, not everyone's
A restaurant lives on maps, reviews and local roundups. A software company lives on review sites built for software buyers. A law firm, a wellness center and a roofer each have their own short list.
Your industry and business type decide which sources are a priority, an extra opportunity, or not relevant at all. How you operate matters too: an online-only business is never marked down for missing a map pin.
Every source shows the reason it was classified the way it was.
Questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes. You see your results right away without an account or email. If you want the complete report emailed to you, you can ask for it after you've seen your results.
- How do you know a listing is mine?
- A matching name isn't enough. We count a source as Found when your own website links to it, or when a result matches your name plus at least one other detail like your website, phone number or city.
- What does Unable to Verify mean?
- We couldn't check that source reliably, either because it doesn't offer a public way to look, a service didn't respond, or we found a similar name we couldn't confirm. These never count against your score.
- Does No Matching Result Found mean I'm not listed?
- Not necessarily. It means our search finished without finding a confident match. Your listing could exist under a different name or address, which is worth fixing too.
- Will being on all 37 sources get me recommended by AI tools?
- No tool can promise that. Being listed consistently in the right places helps search engines and AI tools understand your business, but it's one input among many.
- How is this different from the other free tools?
- The Local Citation Score and AI Visibility Score give a quick directional read on one area. This scanner runs real checks across many sources and shows the evidence for each one.
